Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day

• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. national holidays

• If your order gets delayed after shipping, please allow for 5 business days for it to arrive. After that time, please contact us.

Shipping Methods

We ship to most countries worldwide using trusted carriers such as:

• Domestic (USA): UPS 2 day, or Overnight shipping on all orders. 

• International: DHL Express, FedEx International, USPS International

Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout.
All shipments include tracking.

Shipping Protection

Select the $3 Shipping Protection add-on for coverage against lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you choose not to add Shipping Protection, SP Biolabs cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain items may be shipped with cold packs or insulated packaging to maintain stability. These products are clearly marked and may incur additional shipping fees.

Customs & Import Regulations (International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products are legal in their country

• SP Biolabs is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or import taxes

• No refunds will be issued for orders confiscated by customs
