Description:
This combination spray formulation contains two synthetic heptapeptides — Semax and Selank — co-administered in a single sterile  spray solution for research use. Semax is derived from the adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH 4-10) fragment and has been studied for its neuromodulatory and neuroprotective properties. Selank is a synthetic analog of the endogenous immunomodulatory peptide tuftsin (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg), and has been investigated for its anxiolytic-like and nootropic effects in preclinical models.

Research formulations combining Semax and Selank have been explored for their complementary neuromodulatory profiles. Semax has been associated with upregulation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expression, modulation of dopaminergic and serotonergic systems, and support of synaptic plasticity. Selank has been studied for its interaction with the GABAergic system, enkephalin metabolism, and immune-modulatory pathways. The combination format is of research interest for studies evaluating additive or synergistic effects on neurochemical signaling, stress-response mechanisms, and cognitive function in preclinical models.
