Description:
Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) is sterile, non-pyrogenic water intended solely for use in diluting or dissolving substances for laboratory research. It contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative, which inhibits the growth of most potentially contaminating microorganisms. BAC Water is frequently used in research protocols to reconstitute lyophilized compounds due to its extended multi-use stability and compatibility with a wide range of research peptides and proteins.
