Description:
CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF 1-29, is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). This 29-amino acid peptide is designed to stimulate the release of endogenous growth hormone in research models. Lacking the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), CJC-1295 without DAC has a shorter half-life compared to its DAC-conjugated counterpart, enabling more pulsatile and physiologic GH release in experimental settings. It is commonly studied in combination with GHRP peptides to evaluate synergistic effects on GH secretion pathways.
