Description:
IGF-1 LR3 is a recombinant analog of human insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) modified to enhance its stability and biological activity in vitro. This analog includes an arginine substitution at position 3 and a 13-amino acid extension at the N-terminus, which significantly reduces its binding affinity to IGF-binding proteins.
