📦 Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once they have been shipped, unless the product arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and provide:

• Order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A clear explanation of the issue

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• The item you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered

• Your order was cancelled before shipment

If your refund is approved:

• A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges due to the nature of our inventory. However, if you received an incorrect product, we will ship a replacement once we confirm the issue.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used products

• Any item not in its original packaging

• Custom or special order compounds

• Products not purchased directly from SPBiolabs.com

📫 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if the product has not yet shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at:

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, rerouted, or refunded unless eligible under this policy.

All products sold by SP Biolabs are for research use only and are not intended for human consumption. Due to strict quality control protocols, we are unable to restock or resell returned items — hence our strict return policy.
